Hands down, one of THE BEST programs I have been able to do/be a part of. Coach TK alone has a warm inviting spirit and allows you the come as you are and work at a pace that aligns best with you. She cheers you on your wins and encourages you when you feel defeated and lost. I love that the program addresses mindset and the weekly homework is practical and manageable. The highlights and strengths were TK’s raw and realness of wanting to see you do better. Anytime I had an excuse she came with a rebuttal. There is no failing or excuse in this game of life change.
